Shipping

A flat rate is charged for UK Standard delivery and is free on all orders over £50.00. Your order will be shipped through Royal Mail.

First Class Royal Mail £4.50

Second Class Royal Mail £3.50

We aim to dispatch items for delivery within 1-3 working days. If this is not possible we will contact you. Should you require any advice on delivery please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to advise you.

UK delivery will normally take between 2-5 days.

If for any reason that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an alternative time frame for stock to be received.

Please be aware that parcels will not be delivered on the Bank holiday Monday, your order will be sent out on the next available business day in accordance to standard delivery times as above.

Love & Lullabies makes every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. Love & Lullabies shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. If you have not received the goods within timescale stated please contact us.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will love your products, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us BEFORE sending items back.

Please note, the customer is responsible for any postage cost. You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method. The cost of returning any item is your responsibility.

Exchanges

We reserve the right to charge any additional postage that we have incurred for any item sent as an exchange.

Faulty Items

We will try to ensure all items are in perfect condition before sending out to you, if however you find your item(s) to be faulty upon receipt please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Any items purchased under a Sale or Promotional Offer are NON refundable and instead will be offered an exchange. The customer will be responsible for the postage fee to re-send the exchanged item.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside of our terms and conditions policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
